[Data Save (Trend Monitor)]
The measured data of the trend monitor can also be saved in the USB device. Since the
data can be saved in the CSV format, it can be edited on the PC.
The data to be saved includes all the statistical data, the value and their time when NG is
displayed (up to 36), and the value on the curve (up to 1,000).
Important
Please insert USB memory first before saving data.

1. In the "Item tab" area, tap [Data save].
2. In the "Save setting" area, tap [...] for "File name".
File Specification screen appears.
3. In the File Setting window, specify a file in which to save data and tap [OK].
Note

Single-byte alphanumeric characters are used for File name.
o
Prior to naming the file, please enter the date (for example: 0410.CSV).
4. In the "Save setting" area, tap [Save].
The measurement data is saved to USB memory.
