Correct Touchscreen Functionality
The touchscreen functionality can have several unwanted situations.
(1) With one display:
• No touch response

(2) With more than one display:
When other monitors are connected it is possible the touch actions on the touchscreen monitor
show a response on another monitor.

No Touch Functionality
When the touch functionality is not functional:
• Check for water present on the display surface.
Wipe the display surface with a dry lint free cloth.
• When using gloves, ensure to use gloves that are functional with this touchscreen.
• For an Industrial Monitor with a DVI-D connector: Check the connection between the USB Type-B
cable and the host PC.
This cable transfers the touch functionality signals between host PC and Monitor.
