In the case of using this function, set 01 (output low) or 02 (SLEP terminal) to PID sleep condition
selection [AH-85].
You can change the start/cancel time and level of the sleep operation depending on the usage.
You can choose cancellation of the PID sleep status from 01 (deviation amount), 02 (feedback low),
and 03 (WAKE terminal) of the PID wake condition selection [AH-93].
In the case of canceling the PID sleep status by deviation, cancellation will only be activated when devi-
ation increases in a direction of lower output, even if PID1 deviation [AH-02] was set to 01 and PID
deviation ± was switched.
