not active.
Relay 1 is active, relay 2 and 3 are not active.

Reading downwards from the first row to the second row the status of the
belonging input is shown in %:
-100% AnIn1 has a negative 100% input value
65% AnIn2 has a 65% input value
So the example in Fig. 113 indicates that both the Analogue inputs are active.

The shown percentages are absolute values based on the full range/scale of
the in- our output; so related to either 0–10 V or 0–20 mA.
