Setting up the UNIVERSAL AIRCON REMOTE using the
Direct Code Set Up.
Please study first the code list (page 57 - 58) and note all
codes corresponding your air-conditioner brand
(for
example codes 369, 371, 142, 143, 144, 168, 167, 171, 309 and 250
for the brand TCL).
In case that you your brand is not listed in the code list use
the“Auto search method”
1.
Select
one of device keys
(e.g. DEV 1).
2.
Press and hold `
SET` key for 3 seconds
and`SETUP` will blink twice on the display
and then “PRE-CODE` will be displayed.
3.
Press `
SET
’ to confirm.
4.
Point the UNIVERSAL AIRCON REMOTE
towards your air-conditioner
and use the
“arrow keys” to
select the first code (from
the code list) corresponding to your brand
(e.g. 369 for TCL). Every selected code will
automatically send out its POWER function.
If your air-conditioner doesn`t switch Off/On try the next code
corresponding to your brand (e.g. 371 for TCL).
5.
As soon as the air-conditioner switches Off/On
press
`SET’ to save the selected code
and
‘OK’ will be displayed.
