High wind speed alarm: Use +/- and ON / OFF to set the wind speed
at which an alarm sound should be emitted. When the alarm is active,
a corresponding icon is shown on the display.

Alarm for wind from a specific direction: Use +/- and ON/OFF to
set the compass direction at which an alarm sound is to be emitted.
When the alarm is active, a corresponding icon is shown on the
display.

Display of the highest wind speed measured so far (flashing). Press
and hold the display for 3 seconds to return to the normal display.
