Insert two pieces of AA size alkaline rechargeable batteries into the transmitter, the LED
located in the middle front case of transmitter will be turned on for 4 seconds, then it will
be off and start to work normally. The transmitter will make a data transmission and then
start the radio controlled time reception routine. When the time signal is detected correct-
ly, the LED will flash 5 times indicating the time signal has been found. When the reception
is not possible, the transmitter will terminate radio controlled time reception within one
minute and go to normal mode. When a data transmission is done, the LED will be on for
20ms. During radio controlled time reception period, transmission of any other data will be
interrupted by max 5min.
Attaching the Wind Cups
Push the wind cups onto the anemometer’s stainless steel shaft. Use the Allen wrench provided
to tighten the set screw on the side of the wind cups. Do not overtighten as the cups must
rotate freely.
