Dynamic Variables
Four Dynamic Variables are implemented.

Status Information
Device Status
Bit 4 ("More Status Available") is set when any failure is detected. Command #48 provides
additional detail.
Extended Device Status
This bit is set if a sensor error is detected. "Device Variable Alert" is set if the Primary Variable
(PV) is out of limit.
