Possible causes
Measure
The UPS does not
make the expected
time available for
the data backup.
The batteries must be
charged or replaced.
Connect the UPS system to the
mains power for 48 hours to
charge up the batteries.
Please contact support.
No voltage is avail-
able at the output
connections of the
UPS system.
The UPS system is in
standby mode.
Establish the power supply for the
connected system: Press the
button for at least one second
until the UPS system switches to
normal mode.
The UPS system is
not started.
The power cable is not
connected correctly.
Check the connections of the
mains cable.
The
emergency-off
switch is active or the
REPO
connection
is
missing.
Check the emergency-off connec-
tion.
The UPS system
runs
in
normal
mode,
however,
several or all con-
sumers
are
not
switched on.
The consumers are not
properly connected to
the UPS system.
Check whether the consumers are
connected with the connections of
the UPS system.
The battery test was
not performed or
was interrupted.
One of the conditions
listed under "Performing
the automatic battery
tests" was not fulfilled.
Rectify the problem and start the
test again.
The UPS system
does not switch into
bypass mode.
The bypass mains cur-
rent is not suitable.
Check the quality of the bypass
mains current.
The bypass mode is de-
activated.
Check whether the bypass settings
are configured correctly. (see
"
