Dialing a number from the internal directory
The internal directory contains all station numbers and system
speed-dial numbers assigned to a name. Contact your service per-
sonnel to find out if one was configured for your system.
Prerequisite: Names have been assigned to the station numbers
stored in the system.

Lift the handset.

Press the key shown. The LED lights up.
Confirm the option shown.
if nec. If several directories have been configured:
Confirm the option shown.
The first entry is displayed on the screen.

Scroll to next or previous entry.

Enter the name you want to find, or just the first few letters, using the
alphanumeric keypad
if nec.
Select and confirm each letter to be deleted. The last letter entered is
deleted. If all letters are deleted, the first entry in the directory will be
displayed again.

Select and confirm the option shown. All entered letters are deleted,
and the first entry in the internal directory is displayed again.
