Help the PC properly allocate power to turn on by disconnecting all USB
cables and rebooting (we advise you do this with a technician the first time)

Once the PC reboots, you will be walked through the process of
reconnecting

Power cycle (hard reset) the PC (please don’t attempt this unless advised by a
technician)
o
Disconnect the PC power cable for 3-5 minutes.
o
Drain power by holding down the power button shown while the PC is off
Components
Once you have confirmed the kiosk has power and internet, and its connections
are secure, you will work with our Tech Support specialists for most issues. For
troubleshooting information about specific components, click below to go directly

Safety Tip
For your safety and to avoid damaging the kiosk, turn off power when working inside the
kiosk, unless a technician requests otherwise (some procedures require power).
