Troubleshooting During Operation
When errors occur, warning boxes appear providing you with information regarding the problem.
When encountering a simulation hardware error, first attempt to correct the problem by rebooting the
simulator. Click the
Reboot Simulator
button on the dialog box to reboot. You can also go the
Diagnostics page where more information is available and reboot from there as well. Click
Yes
on the
verification message to complete the process.

You can also power off the simulator by holding the Simulator Power Button for four (4) seconds before
turning the simulator back on.
If you receive a
Simulator High Temperature Warning
, shut down the simulator immediately by clicking
the Shutdown Simulator button or by holding the Simulator Power Button for four (4) seconds. Click
Yes
on the verification message to complete the process. Let the simulator cool before turning it back on.
