Select Create Certificate Request for requesting a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificate
Fill in the following fields:

Common Name (enter an IP address or system host name; required)

State or Province
•
Country (selected list)
•
City
•
Organization
•
Department
and then press
SUBMIT
for approval.
