2 ASSEMBLY
There are 2 sizes of cleaning mechanism (for Biopel 10/15 and 20/30). Each cleaning mechanism can
be mounted on right or left side. There is only one different part for each part which is Motor mounting.
Choose from which side should be exchanhger cleaning installed. Motor and all mounting parts
are assembled in the OPOP factory to be mounted on the left side. If you want to use
exchanger cleaning on the right side, than you have to disassemble it and assemble it again
with Motor mounting
– right side.
Connect Motor mounting on the boiler weldment with use of 3 screws as shown on the picture.
Connect Motor rod on the Turbulator’s outlet. And place the pin as a protection against
movement.
Connect motor’s wires into the socket located on the cover, as shown on the picture.
