a cloth dampened with cleaning alcohol if soiled. It is
recommended that you care for Protective Case regularly
(once every 6 months).
・Do not subject Protective Case (complimentary sample) to
excessive force. May cause malfunction or damage.
・Follow local rules regarding collection when disposing.
Personal Information and Data Security
・Use of some handset functions and third-party applications
may cause leakage of personal information, loss of
data, or allow access by a third party. SoftBank Corp.
recommends taking preventative steps to protect personal
and confidential information.
・Keep handset in a safe place where it cannot be used
inappropriately.
・It is recommended to set a screen lock using handset
password, face authentication, fingerprint authentication.

・Back up personal information regularly to SIM Card or phone
storage. When changing to a different mobile terminal,
always transfer or delete personal information from
handset.
・Receiving unfamiliar messages or email may be sources of
viruses. Do not open them, and simply delete them.
・When using handset to browse the Internet, do not access
websites that are a security risk to prevent personal
information from being stolen.
・Set a password for Wi-Fi tethering and Bluetooth

to
prevent inappropriate access. Disable when not in use.
・Handset updates software regularly to improve security. To
maintain handset security, always use the latest software.
It is also recommended that you perform a regular virus
scan.
・Always obtain third-party applications from official venues.
Scan for viruses when downloading applications.
・Some applications request sending of location information,
and share location information with the creators of
the application. In such instances, handset, searched
information, and diagnostic information may be sent to
third-party application providers. Third-party vendors use
this information to improve products and services.
