Why can’t I receive notifications
?
Try to restart your phone and your watch. If restarting doesn't
work, try other troubleshooting steps below. Make sure to check
your watch after each step to see if notifications start working.
1.
Make sure your watch isn’t in Theater mode.
2.
Make sure that you’re getting notifications on your phone.
3.
Make sure you haven’t turned off (blocked) notifications for
specific apps.
4.
Make sure app notifications and system notifications on your
phone are turned on.
5.
Check that your phone is connected to the Internet.
6.
Make sure your watch is paired with your phone.
5.2
Can I receive notifications when I use
the watch without the phone?
When the phone is connected to the Internet, the watch can use
Wi-Fi or LTE to sync the phone’s notifications via Google Cloud.
