Why can’t I connect to some certain
Wi-Fi?

The watch currently does not support Wi-Fi networks that
require login authentication after connection. Please choose
to connect to other Wi-Fi networks that use conventional
security encryption methods.

Due to hardware limitations, the watch only supports 2.4GHz
Wi-Fi networks and does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi networks.

Please check if the Wi-Fi password is entered correctly.
l
Please check whether the watch is within the coverage of the
Wi-Fi network.

When the watch is connected to Wi-
Fi/LTE and Bluetooth at the same time,
which network will be used first by
default?
By default, the priority is to use the mobile phone network via
Bluetooth.
