What is wrist gesture?
Along with swiping, you can get around your watch with wrist
gestures. To make sure they're turned on in “Settings >
Gesture”. To test and practice wrist gestures, tap Launch
tutorial.
Things you can do with wrist gestures: Scroll through
notifications, take action on a notification, open the apps menus
and settings menus from the main watch screen, go back to the
main watch screen.

The screen does not light up when I
tap it. Why?
Please follow these troubleshooting steps:
1.
Swipe from top, check if Theater mode is on.
2.
Go to “Settings > Gestures”, check if “Touch-to-wake” is
off.
3.
Check if your watch is out of power.
