A normal heart rate falls between 40 bpm (usually when resting)
and 220 bpm (usually when exercising). If your heart rate falls

I've been wearing my watch the
whole morning. Why hasn't my resting
heart rate been recorded? When will it
be recorded? What does it represent?
Your resting heart rate is the number of times your heart beats
per minute while you are awake and at rest. A number will be
generated for you at 11am every day. This number will not be
generated if you don't wear your watch at all during the
morning or you have not been at rest for a certain period of
time. Your resting heart rate indicates how healthy your heart is.
People who exercise more often tend to have lower resting heart
rates.
