Wash only with mild soap and water.

Do not use acetone or other solvents on frame 

surface.

Do not use a pressure washer. Use a garden hose 

only to wash the bike.

Battery

 

Storage

If you need to store your bike without use for more than a 
month, you should follow the steps below to maximize the 
lifespan of your battery

Li-ion batteries are best stored between 30% and 80% charge. 
Riding the bike a few miles before storage is the best way to do 
this.

If you are able to, check the battery level every month or two, 
and if it is very low (below 30%), or the bike doesn’t turn on at 
all, place on the charger for 2-3 hours.

The battery must be above 32F or 0C before charging, to 
prevent damage to the battery.

It is OK to store your bike in an area that is cold. Colder 
storage temperature will prolong the life of the battery.

Do not store below -4F or -20C
