OPERATION: 

1.   Insert  the  plug  into  the  socket,  and  turn  on  the  power 

switch (corotation).  

Note:

 The idling condition shall not be more than 1 min. 

(malfunction may occur)
The juice cup must be placed aiming at the juice nozzle. 
While starting, there will be a “bi--”, it is the frictional 
sound of squeezing cup and rotary brush, and the sound 
shall disappear after feeding. 

2.   Put the clean stuff into the inlet orifice one by one. Width: 

100x30x20mm preferred. 

Notice: Do not use chopsticks or spoon. Pushing cylinder 
may be used when necessary
Points for attention: 

a.  The stuff shall be put one by one. When one finishes, put 

into another.  

b.  Hard-fiber stuff, such as celery, shall be cut into proper 

size (such as 50-100mm in length) 

c.  Fiber-poor stuff, such as carrot, is preferred to extract 

with  fiber-rich  stuff  such  as  pine  needles,  celery.  Cut 
a  carrot  into  four  equant  parts  (due  to  difference  of 
moisture  content  of  stuff,  there  is  difference  of  juice 
amount). 

d.  Stale stuff shall have less juice due to its less moisture 

content. The stuff kept in a refrigerator for several days 
shall be soaked in pure water first, and then extracted 
after the stuff has absorbed sufficient water. 

e.  Different ingredients has different juice effect,in order 

to juice better,do not put the ingredients over max level 
of  the  squeesing  cup,otherwise  the  juice  and  the  drep 
cannot output easily and the juice will leakage form the 
squeezing  cup  rim.Especially  for  cucumber  and  chery 
tomato.

3.   If the device stops suddenly, press the OFF button first, 

then  press  the  reversion  button,  push  upward  the  stuff 
between  the  extracting  rod  and  the  screen  holder,  and 
then  press  the  corotation  button.  (repeat  for  three  times 
if necessary)

Note:

 If the above operation does not work, disassemble 

the  extracting  rod  and  squeezing  cup,  and  reuse  after 
cleaning. 
(Start the reversion switch while pressing with hand)

Note:

 If “reversion” is needed during “corotation”, press 

OFF button first, then press “reversion” button while the 
device  stops.  (Press  directly  “reversion”  button  under 
the condition of “corotation” may cause malfunction. In 
the course of “reversion”, the squeezing part may loose, 
please press the upper cap with hand).  

 4.  When  completing  all  the  extraction,  put  the  switch  on 

“STOP” status. (if incompleting, the upper cap may not be 
open, the dreg shall be discharged completely) 

DISASSEMBLY OF THE DEVICE

1.  After  the  device  stops,rotate  the  Tray  at  the  arrow 

direction,see Fig 7a, b

2. Pull upward the extracting rod,see Fig 8a,b
3.  Rotate  the  squezing  cup  at  arrow  direction  then  pull 

upward. See Fig 9a,b

Note:

 Disassembly of the components in the squeezing cup 

is in the opposite sequence of assembly. 

CLEANING& STORAGE

1.  Turn the power to OFF position and then pull the power 

plug out. 

Note:

  Press  to  “stop”  position  after  the  fiber  in  the 

squeezing cup is completely cleared. 

2.  After  operation,  hold  the  juice  nozzle,  turn  the  upper 

cap  to  the  opening  direction,  and  the  upper  cap  may  be 
disassembled.  (Disassembly  of  the  components  in  the 
opposite sequence of assembly.)   

Note:

  clean  after  use  at  once,  otherwise  the  dried  dreg 

shall  cling  to  the  components,  uneasy  for  cleaning  or 
disassembly, also decline the performance.

3.  Clean  the  screen  holder,  squeezing  cup,  extracting  cup, 

rotary  brush,  upper  cap  and  pushing  cylinder  with  soft 
brush and neutral detergent, and then dry.  

4.  Wipe up the main engine with wrung and soft duster.   

Note:

 after extracting pigment-rich stuff such as carrot, 

spinach, etc., wipe the container surface with oil, and then 
wash with neutral detergent.  

ABNORMAL PHENOMENA & SOLUTIONS

1. 

Noise

After  stopping  the  device,  inspect  carefully  the  assembly 
status of fittings.
Confirm the stuff amount and size. 

2. 

The motor doesn’t work 

a. Make sure whether the power plug is inserted well? 
b. Please confirm whether the assembly of fittings is proper?
c. Restart after one-hour stop. 
d.  Sudden  stop  during  the  running,  please  make  sure 

whether there are overmuch stuff, or overheat of motor 
causing  start  of  protector,  at  this  moment,  restart  the 
device when the engine is cooled. 

3. Sudden stop during the running. 
When  there  is  sudden  stop  during  the  running,  turn  the 
switch  to  OFF  position,  and  press  the  “reversion”  button. 
Push upward the stuff clipped between the extracting rods, 
and  then  press  the  “corotation”  button.  (Repeat  for  about 
three times)

Note:

  If  “reversion”  operation  does  not  work,  please 

disassemble the extracting cup, and use after cleaning the 
components.
