Measuring Cup. (Please see the right graphic)
1. Measure the desired amount of dry or liquid
ingredients by placing the measuring cup on a
flat surface at eye level.
2. For dry ingredients, pour desired amount
into the cup. Gently shake the cup while
pouring the dry ingredients in to level the
ingredients out.
Tip: 1 cup of All Purpose Flour weighs 125g approximately.
Measuring Spoon:
One small spoon and one big spoon, used for measuring ingredients.
Hook:
Used to remove Stirring Rod from bread.
