Instrument installation and focusing

Fit  the  binocular  head  (10)  and  insert  the  same  required  eyepieces  (15)  into  the  two 

tubes of the binocular head.

Insert one end of  the power cord into the power socket  on the back of  the base, and 

connect the other end with a grounded 220V power supply.

Press the main power switch (1).

Place the specimen and sample on the two stage surfaces.

Turn  the  left  and  right  magnification  adjustment  knobs  (8),  so  that  the  left  and  right 

systems are in the same objective lens magnification state.

Turn the coarse motion linkage lift knob (3) and observe through the eyepiece until the 

image of the object placed on the  table is observed. Then turn the left and right stage lift 

knobs (5) until the two images are equally clear.  If the ridge line (split line) in  the field  of 

view is not clear, turn the eyepiece diopter circle to adjust the diopter.

Operation of the stage: rotating the handwheel (5), (21), (22) the stage can move left and 

right, front and rear, and up and down respectively; the table can be rotated 360º; the table 

can be tilted by a certain angle; The horizontal linkage knob (4) enables the linkage of the 

two stages.

Adjustment of the light source: The light source is 12V50W halogen tungsten lamp, there 

is a micro cooling fan behind the lamp holder, the lamp holder can be rotated around the 

stage to any direction; the illumination angle of the lamp on the table can be changed with 

the help of the lamp bracket; press the button on the touch panel. The light intensity 

adjustment key can change the light intensity of the lamp; the plug socket can be inserted
