Safety Guidelines 

       

Please  read  the  manual  carefully  before  using  the  microscope.  Because  the  safety  of 

patient,  operator  and  instrument  can  be  guaranteed,  Only  under  the  correct  installing  and 
operation.  You  can  get  more  relevant  information  from  our  agents  or  the  After-sale  Service 
Department. 

 

The surgical microscope is a precise optical apparatus. During operation or storage, 
do  not  expose  apparatus  under  the  environment  of  high  temperature,  high  humidity 
and much dust. The instrument can not be exposed in sunlight directly.   

 

When  operating  the  instrument

  please  inspect  all  the  cables  whether  they  are 

connected correctly and reliably. 

 

Don’t touch the surface of lens with finger or hard object. 

 

If there are some malfunctions with  your apparatus, first please look up the Section 

8.1 

General  Troubleshooting  Guide”  to  find  some  ways  to  eliminating  the 

malfunction.  If  you  can  not  solve  it  by  yourselves,  please  contact  our  agents  or  the 
After-sale Service Department. 

 

When  the  operation  finished,  turn  off  all  of  the  switches  and  power  off.  Lid  the 
objective and eyepiece, and cover the dustproof slipcover on it. 

This manual contains notices which you should observe to ensure your own personal safety, as 
well as to protect the product and connected equipment. These notices are highlighted in the 
manual by a warning triangle. 

 
Warning indicates a potentially hazardous situation which. if not avoided, could result 
in death or serious injury.

Notices for operation 

 

The  power  socket  provided  by  the  customer  for  the  equipment  must  accord  with 
international  standard  (3-hole  socket)  with  earthen  protection  function,  Otherwise                 

cannot be used. 
 

The  biggest  balance  weight  of  the  cantilever  is  13kg  (maximal  load),  overload  will 
damage  the  instrument.  When  balancing  force  is  little,  the  balance  of  operation  head 

will  be  destroyed.  Careless  operation  will  lead  to  accident.  When  the  balance  force  is 
exceptional, hand-operating feeling is not comfortable. Tuning the knob in counter-clock-wise 
direction can increase the balance force of the cantilever and vice versa in clockwise direction

Loose the locking knob to focus the lens and then to tighten the locking knob and fix 
the cantilever to prevent the arm from moving during operation. (Detailed content see
