Turn on Computer, (computer password: OPTOEDUfesem)
Start electron microscope software: A63.7080/81, observe the vacuum value
(located at the lower right of the software)
At the same time, in the "vacuum diagram" of the "advanced Settings", you can
observe whether each valve is normal and the green color is open. When
working normally, IPG, IPC, CCG, TMP, V2, MP is the open state of green
color
If CCG and TMP are not turned on, click the "vent" button, and then click the "vent"
button immediately (the time interval is less than 1S). CCG and TMP can work
normally after a short while. (note: it is not true to vent, only to activate the vacuum
automatic control program in this way.)
Toaster electron gun, ion pump for ultra-high vacuum. (this step should be
completed by a professional engineer)
Complete the Condition of the electron gun chamber. (this step should be
completed by a professional engineer)
Automatically start the filament, stable for 8 hours after normal launch, the
instrument can be normally used. (this step should be completed by a professional
engineer)
5.2.1.2OperationCautions
In order to prevent the failure of the instrument, the instrument is equipped with chain
protection. However, some improper operations can still cause the instrument to fail.
For this purpose, in addition to strictly following the operating procedures, attention
should be paid to the following:
1. About the power supply: it is required to ensure the continuous power supply, and
the power will basically go off after the instrument is turned on.
2. The computer starts up. After the computer starts up, do not shut down the
software or the computer unless there are special circumstances.
3. When deflating, open the valve door of the nitrogen cylinder. The output pressure
of nitrogen is about 0.1mpa. Close the nitrogen valve after venting.
4. When pumping, push the sample stage by hand to make it close to the sample
chamber.
5. Before each use of the instrument, check whether the parameters of the electron
gun are normal.
