Ohms load impedance setting. To avoid saturation at the signal input of your Ph
200 it is highly recommended to start by setting the gain to the minimum level of
41,5dB. Should you need to set your integrated amplifier or pre-amplifier volume
level very high for a comfortable listening level it is suggested to then use the
next higher value of gain, 52 dB. If you need still more gain then move the load
jumpers to the last gain setting option of 62 dB.
Fixed capacitive charge
The 47k Ohms setting is coupled with a fixed capacitive charge of 150pF. There is no
capacitive charge for the moving coil resistive load settings.
Factory settings
The default factory gain setting is set at 41.5k, the load impedance setting is 47k Ohms.
This represents the required setting for a moving magnet cartridge.
