Troubleshooting
Never repair or dispose of the air condition yourself. Unauthorized interference
in the unit is a reason for loss of warranty and may result in property damage
or injury. If any of the problems listed below occur, and if the recommended
action in the report does not work, contact the service center.
Problem/symptom
The air conditioning
does not work.
Poor cooling
Too much noise
The compressor does
not work.
Cause
The device is power-free.
Is the Full indicator on?
Is the ambient temperature
too low or too high?
The room temperature is lower
than the set temperature for the
cooling mode.
The room has direct sunlight.
In the cooling mode, the
doors and windows are open,
the room is overfilled or there
are other heat sources.
Filter nets are too dirty.
Air intake or air outlet is
clogged.
The air conditioning is not laid
on a flat surface.
Overload protection started.
Solution
Connect the unit to the mains and
turn it on.
Drain water from the unit.
We recommend operating the unit
in the range of 5 to 35 ° C.
Change the set temperature
Tighten the curtains.
Close the doors and windows and
add new air conditioners.
Clean or replace filter nets.
Remove the obstacle.
Put air conditioning on a flat and
solid surface (it can reduce noise).
Wait 3 minutes until the
temperature drops, then turn the
unit on.
