Using the outdoor temperature sensor
Connecting a wireless outdoor temperature sensor
1
Insert the two 1.5-volt AAA batteries correctly as described
in the battery insertion guide into the supplied outdoor
temperature sensor.
2
After inserting the batteries, the sensor is activated and
data transmission begins.
About 3 minutes, the RF transmission symbol will flash on the
display and will start to appear when the sensor is connected.
The outside temperature in the exterior display and the RF
signal beam will light continuously.
Warning!
• Do not place the sensor near heat sources, power sources, or direct
sunlight. The measured values will be distorted.
• The sensor transmits the measured data every 3 minutes. At that time,
the red LED indicator flashes on it.
• There should be as few obstacles as possible between the sensor and
the device. Keep the distance as short as possible to avoid data loss
interruptions.
• Do not place other wireless sensors near this sensor to avoid
interference.
• If the outdoor temperature is no longer displayed on the main unit
display, the batteries in the sensor are weak and need to be replaced
with new ones.
• The internal temperature measuring range is -35 - 60 ° C, the
measurement accuracy is +/- 1 ° C.
• When the temperature is below -35 ° C, LL is displayed, HH is displayed
at temperatures above 60 ° C.
