Installation
Delay
Minimum Processing Delay:
Processing structure dependent. Typically 20 ms for optimum
5-band using “MX” presets, 15 ms for optimum 5-band using non-MX presets, 3.7 ms for
ultra-low-latency 5-band, and 17 or 22 ms for 2-band, depending on crossover structure
chosen.
Relative Delay Between HD and FM Analog Processing Chains:
Constant number of
samples. HD has approximately 3 ms longer delay than analog.

24 bit 128x oversampled delta sigma converter with linear-phase anti-
aliasing filter. Converter outputs 64 kHz sample rate, which the 8300 then decimates to
32 kHz in DSP using an ultra-high-quality image-free synchronous sample rate con-
verter.
Filtering:
RFI filtered.
