3.4 Adjusting the height of foot tube 

The height of foot tube is very important. The adjusting tube in front of foot tubes which have 3 holes. 
Please choose a hole which fits your individual height for comfortable training, and then firmly fix the 
adjusting knob in the hole you chose.  
Note: The same hole must be chosen for the left and right foot tubes. 

The adjusting tube could only be adjusted to the indicated 
maximum position! If the foot tubes are in different height, or the 
adjusting tube haven’t been fixed firmly, the vertical adjusting tube could  
not be safe assembled. And it will cause the damage to you. 

Before training, please first check if the adjusting tube be firmly fixed.  

 
3.5 Adjusting the pedal 

 Pedals on either side of elliptical machine,which be fixed with 3 screws,2 positions to be adjusted.This 

design can make you to choose the height position suitable for you,in order to have comfortable exercise.If 
you are very high,you can make pedal fixed on the last 3 holes.If you are not so high,pls use 3 front holes 
at front to adjust the position suitable for you. 

For a pleasant feeling during exercise we recommend to place the elliptical on a confortable and attractive 
place.

Never use the elliptical outdoors 

-

Never place the elliptical near open water or in rooms with high humidity. 

-

Ensure that the power cables don’t cross walkways. If there is some carpet in your choosen room, 
please make sure that there is enough space between the carpet and the elliptical. In case not then 
please use some pad.

Place the elliptical with a distance of at least 1.5 m to each wall.

After long time of use you will probably find some black abrasion under your elliptical. This is a 
normal wear out and doesn’t mean there is a defect. This abrasion can be removed with every 
standard vacuum cleaner. To prevent dirt on your carpet, please use a pad. 

4.1 Aligning the elliptical 

-

Please take care that the floor, on which you place the equipment, must be flat and solid and 
should have no unevenness.

If the elliptical doesn’t stand safe try to adjust the elliptical with the rear height adjustments. If the 
height adjustment cannot equal the floor unevenness, please position it to a different place. 

4.2 Moving the elliptical 

To move the elliptical to a different location please do as following 

-

Disconnect the power cord from the power outlet.

Stand in front of the elliptical and hold the fixed handlebar.

Tip over the elliptical carefully in your direction and move it on the transport rollers to your desired 
new location. 

4.3 Store the elliptical 

As safety measures, especially when you have children, you should take care on the following points.

Disconnect the power cord from the power outlet.

If the equipment will be long-term stored, please take off the batteries from the batteries box.
