The brakes are consumable parts. Adjusting the parking brake as described above,
may shorten the life of the brake shoe so please keep this in mind. In addition, for your
safety, replace brake pads
within 100 hours
of use. When replacing the U-nuts
(epoxy), please also replace the cotter pin.
Adjust the tip of the parking brake about 15-20mm. After adjusting, tighten the lock nut.
The first adjustment should be made within
10 hours
, and
every 50 hours
thereafter.
The drive belt and blade are also consumable parts. If they are cracked or worn, please
replace with new ones.
After adjusting, tighten the drive belt and blade belt with the lock nut.

Adjustment of the shift lever:
Adjusting the shift lever is not required except when disassembling the transmission.
Adjust the shift lever only when the position of the shift lever is off of the guide indicator.
1.
Turn the shift lever to the [ NEUTRAL ] position.
2.
Adjust by turning the turnbuckle which is connected
the shift lever.
When tilting in the forward direction
---Turn the turnbuckle to A-direction.
When tilting in the backward direction
---Turn the turnbuckle to B-direction
■ Adjustment of the blade clutch cable:
Adjust the blade clutch cable with the adjustment nut shown on the left.
If the tension of the blade belt is weak,
---Turn the adjusting nut to B-direction.
If the tension of the blade belt is strong,
---Turn the adjusting nut to A-direction.
■ Adjustment of the differential lock cable:
Refer to the picture at left, adjust the adjusting nut of the
differential lock cable, and after adjusting, make sure it
works well.
If differential lock does not engage
--- Turn the adjusting nut in the A-direction.
If the differential lock does not release
--- Turn the adjusting nut in the B-direction.
