1)
Use the oil gauge to inspect the volume and quality of engine oil
prior to every use.
2)
Maintain the engine oil to be on maximum level on the indicator.
Replacement guideline
First : at 8 hours
Later : at each 100 hours or 1 year whichever comes first
In case of use in very hard or hot condition, it is recommended to replace
the engine oil earlier at 50 hours and to replace oil filter at 100 hours.
Replacement
1)
Prepare oil container and loosen the oil cap. Then remove the
drain plug located in left front side of engine. Oil is drained smoothly when
oil cap is loosened.
2)
When the oil is completely drained, place the drain plug and fix
it. Then remove the oil cap.
3)
Put 1 liter of engine oil and run the engine for 30 seconds in low
engine rpm. Stop the engine and wait for 30 seconds, then add oil up to
FULL level.
4)
After the engine oil is filled, make sure that oil cap is securely
fixed.

IL FILTER REPLACEMENT
CAUTION
Do not use tool to fit oil filter, and fit it by hand.
Replace the oil filter one time against two replacement of engine oil, or replace oil filter every year.
After the engine oil is drained, follow the instruction below to replace the
oil filter.
1)
Turn the filter A counterclockwise and remove it.
2)
In order to avoid twisting, place new engine oil by finger around
the gasket(O ring) of new filter.
3)
Turn the filter clockwise and screw it until the gasket touches part
B. And screw it in 3/4 rotation.
4)
Put the requested amount of oil from oil cap.
5)
Check the oil volume by level gauge, and securely tighten the oil
cap.
6)
Run the engine for 2 minutes in low rpm, to check the leaking of
oil around the filter.
7)
Stop the engine and check the oil volume again. Add oil in case
of deficiency.
