The
ekor
.rpa-110 and

.rpa-120 models include two
types of unit: v type for protection cubicles with circuit-
breaker, or p type for protection with fuses. Four different
systems are therefore defined:

The main applications v
type units (circuit-breaker)
are
used in are: general protection of lines, private installations,
transformers, capacitor stacks, etc. The unit has inputs and
outputs for switch monitoring and control.
In the case of p
type units (switch with fuses)
, the
electronic unit performs all the protection functions except
for the high value polyphase short-circuits that occur in the
transformer’s primary. It has inputs and outputs for switch
monitoring and control.
