8.4.3. Levelling process
Incorrect levelling may cause the base of the tank or
the body to break.
At least the following tools and equipment must be used to
ensure good levelling.

Ground on slopes, with danger of flooding or high water
table level are prepared with specific procedures. All other
ground is prepared following the procedure set out for
ground in normal conditions.
Normal conditions
The reference level boards are positioned in accordance
with the level shown in the drawings attached. The
separation between the reference boards must be 400 mm
greater than the width of the enclosure to be installed.
The ground is then levelled by sliding the levelling board (3)
on the reference level boards.
