DO NOT use this product in any other way as stated for normal use.
Keep metal parts away from the battery section of
the charger(short circuit risk).
NEVER break open battery packs and chargers.
Store only in dry room. Keep dry at all times.
If any improper operation of this apparel is observed,
discontinue its use immediately and contact
ORORO customer service(support@ororowear.com)
for repair.
DO NOT allow the cords to be pinched.
Shut off power immediately if discomfort occurs.
Heating elements are not recommended to touch
bare skin.
NEVER wear if inner liner is wet.
Battery acid may leak from damaged batteries
under extreme load or extreme temperatures.
In case of contact with battery acid wash it off
immediately with soap and water. In case of eye
contact rinse thoroughly for at least 10 minutes
and immediately seek medical attention.
Use only ORORO chargers for charging ORORO
battery packs. DO NOT use battery packs from
other systems.
DO NOT store the battery pack together with metal
objects(short circuit risk).
DO NOT dispose of used battery packs in household
trash or by burning it.
Maintain labels and nameplates. These carry
important information. If unreadable or missing,

DO NOT use pins on apparel. This may damage
the electric wiring.

DO NOT use this apparel with an infant, child,
a helpless person, or anyone insensitive to heat,
such as a person with poor blood circulation.
1. How long does it take to fully charge my battery
A: It takes about 8 hours to fully charge a completely empty battery.
2. How long will the battery last while in use?
A: In normal temperatures(68°F/20°C), the battery will last approximately 6-7hours on low heat setting, 4-5 hours on
medium, or 2-3 hours on high.
3. How can I tell if the battery is fully charged?
A: Check the LEDs on the battery. 4 LEDs illuminated solid when the battery is fully charged.
4.What if the heated gloves do not turn on or operate properly with fully charged batteries?
A: Clean the ports on the battery. Reconnect the battery and restart the heated power button. If the heated apparels
still do not work properly, please contact our customer service .
5. How do I take care of my batteries?
A: To keep them at peak performance, you should fully charge your batteries
• Before first use them
• Before storing them
• And every 6 months
6. Is there a warranty available? How long does it cover?
A: ORORO provides the following warranties on all BRAND NEW products purchased directly from ororowear.com or
authorized ORORO dealer.
• 1-Year warranty covering any defects or malfunctions of ORORO apparel heating components.
• 6-Month warranty covering any defects or malfunctions of ORORO Lithium-Ion battery.
