Solution
Press control key and
motor has no
response.
Check the wire connection
Reconnect the wire according
to the user manual.
Motor is running but
the curtain has no
response.
Check if the rail is installed
right or not.
Check and adjust the gap
between the belt and
pathway.
Curtain is running
without control
command.
It is linked with other
remoter by mistake.
Follow operation instruction
again.
The curtain cannot be
moved manually.
1. Power get cut when
motor is running.
2. Tackle is stuck which is
caused by the wrong way to
pull curtain.
1 Move the curtain in the
reverse direction then move it
in the right direction
2 The hand position should be
move 10cm backward.
