WARRANTY
safety and lifespan. There is a comprehensive twelve-month warranty from the date of
delivery of your new rollator. The warranty covers the rollator for repairs and replacement
or service agent.
2. Warranty claims must be placed at the outlet from which the rollator was purchased.

ny parts of the rollator that require repair or replacement as a result of manufacturing or
material defect within the warranty period will be supplied free of charge.
4. A
ny repaired or replaced parts will be covered by the balance of the warranty period on
the rollator.
5. The warranty is not transferable.
6. Under normal circumstances, warranty claims will not be accepted where the following
a) The rollator has not been maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s

c) The rollator is damaged due to neglect, accident, or improper use
