1. SET STAGE 1: Follow steps 1 and 2 described in the "Single-stage cooking" section. Do not press
the START/STOP button;
2. SET STAGE 2: Press COOKING and then enter the corresponding cooking time and (lower)
power level. (Most 2-stage recipes use a lower power level in the second stage).
3. Press the START/STOP button.
Notes:
When all the time has elapsed, beeps will sound and "END" will be shown on the display. The beeps
will continue to sound automatically every two minutes until the door is opened or any button is
touched.
QUICK DEFROST
1. Press the QUICK DEFROST button.
Enter the desired defrost time by pressing the corresponding buttons on the numeric keypad. 3.

Notes:
• The maximum backward timing time you can set is 99 minutes and 99 seconds.
• After setting fast defrost, the oven can be programmed to automatically switch to one-stage or
two-stage cooking.
• For quick defrost and single-lid cooking, follow the steps described above. Before pressing
START/STOP, press COOKING, enter the time and power, then press START/STOP.
COOKING BY WEIGHT
1. Press the COOK BY WEIGHT button.
2. Press a single button from 1 to 3 on the keypad to select the corresponding food code.
3. Press the corresponding numeric keys to enter the weight of the food.
4. Press the START/STOP button.

Note:
• Meats must be thawed and at refrigeration temperature.
• Weight must be in pounds and ounces.
• Weights less than 10 ounces must be preceded by an O. If the label indicates weight in pounds only,
convert the fraction of pounds to ounces using the table below.
Conversion from fractions of pounds to ounces
• During cooking, the system will automatically pause and beep to remind the user to turn the meat;
after turning the meat, press START/STOP to continue the cooking process.
• When all the time has elapsed, beeps will sound and "END" will be shown on the display. The beeps
will continue to sound automatically every two minutes until the door is opened or any button is
touched.
• Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing meat.
DEFROSTING BY WEIGHT
1. Press the DEFROST BY WEIGHT button.
2. Enter the weight of the food by pressing the corresponding numeric buttons.
3. Press the START/STOP button.
Notes:
• Weight should be indicated in pounds and ounces. Weights of less than 1 Ounce must be preceded
by an O. If the label indicates weight in pounds only, convert the fraction of a pound to ounces using
the table on page 8.
• The maximum weight you can enter is 5 pounds, 16 ounces.
• During the defrosting process you will need to turn the food over to defrost evenly and then press
the START/STOP button to continue the process.
HOW TO ACTIVATE THE CHILD LOCK
The child lock prevents children from using the oven without supervision. Set the function to standby
mode.
• To set: press and hold RESET for 3 seconds. LOCK will appear on the display.
• To cancel: press and hold RESET for 3 seconds. The LOCK indication will disappear.
• The QUICK COOK function settings allow you to cook or reheat food automatically without having
to set the power or time.
• For smaller portions, simply press the corresponding button and START/STOP. For larger portions,
press the button twice.
• The FREEZE DINNER, FROZEN DINNER, FRIED DINNER, and BEVERAGE functions allow you
to cook multiple quantities of the same type of food. Simply press the button once and the display will
show ENTER AMT (enter quantity). Enter the number of servings and START/STOP.
POPCORN
For a 100 gram (3.5 ounce) bag of microwave popcorn:
1. Press the POPCORN button once.
2. Press the START/STOP button.
Note:
To change the default cooking time for the popcorn: Press the POPCOCKS button twice. ENTER
TIME will be displayed. Press the corresponding numbers to enter the desired cooking time. Then
press START/STOP. The oven will continue to use the new cooking time whenever you use the
POMOMOMITAS function, until you change it.
POTATOES
For potatoes from 113 to 170 grams (4 to 6 ounces) each:
1. Press the POTATOES button once.
Indicate the number of potatoes by pressing a number from 1 to 4.
Press the START/STOP button.
For larger potatoes, from 227 to 283 grams (8 to 10 ounces) each:
1. Press the POTATOES button twice.
Indicate the quantity of potatoes by pressing a number from 1 to 4.

PIZZA
To reheat a piece of pizza:
1.Press the PIZZA button once.
2. Press the START/STOP button.
To reheat an entire pizza:
