Replace dome or Grip Tip
The standard ear piece (dome or Grip Tip) should not be cleaned. If the
ear piece is filled with wax, replace it with a new one (typical weekly).
Grip Tips should be replaced at least once a month.
Hold on to the
end of the thin
tube and then pull
off the dome.
Insert the thin tube
exactly into the
middle of the
ear piece to obtain a
secure attachment.
Push firmly to ensure
that the dome is
fastened securely.

Both domes and Grip Tip are made of soft rubber material.
There are 4 different types of domes.
Check your dome type and size below.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
If the ear piece is not on the speaker when removed from the ear, the ear
piece might still be in the ear canal. Consult your hearing care professional
for further instructions.
