Disabling De-Emphasis
It is generally known that noise contributes more to the degradation of the
speech signal in higher frequency regions during transmission.
•
De-Emphasis occurs in the receiver so that the boosted (6 dB) information
is reduced back down to where it was originally.
To change the default settings:
– Use the
buttons to navigate and select setting
– Press Sync
– Press to save and exit
– Press C (clear) to exit without saving changes

Receiver
Select “Disable” when using an Amigo Receiver with other manufac-
turers’ transmitters, but select “Enable” for superior audio quality
when using an Amigo transmitter.
