Problem

The battery will not charge
Check that it is positioned correctly. Make sure
that it is the “silver-sleeved” rechargeable NiHM
type of battery, as this is the only type the T5
will charge (for safety reasons).
Problem

No sound / no signal reception
Check that the hearing instrument battery is
working, and that it is on.
Check that the receiver is on and
correctly connected.
Check that the transmitter battery is working, and
that the unit is turned on.
Make sure the T5 is on the same
channel.
Check that the transmitter is not muted.
