Example 2
There was a problem, but the user is not able to inform you.
When you read the error log you see the following errors.
5 2 _ _ 5 _ 5_ F _ _ 6 7 _ _ 0 _ _ 0 F-
Display-error 5 means that the lift was controlled on 2 locations at the same time.
Display-error 2 means that the swivelseat-switch was operated during control.
Display-error 0 means that the armrest-switch was operated during control.
Display-error F means that the safety chairframe was controlled during control
6 and 7 show to you that the lift had entered sleepmode, because the batteries were not charged for 1
hour.
In this case you should check if the control on the armrest goes back in middle position when released
or if one switches on the remote or in the armrest is function properly.
When for example the remote is not mounted properly, it could happen that a button stays controlled
when it is released.
Also check the safety cap frame and safety switch frame left.
The error-log shows that 4 or 5 and probably 10 or 11 days ago this was a reason why the chairlift
was stopped.
Does the cap move back when it is controlled?
Note that also the user can have caused this, because there was a object on the stairs.
Display error 2 and 0 could be a mistake in operating by the costumer.
To be sure, you can check the function of the armrest-switch and swivelseat-switch.
The 6 en 7 indicates that the chairlift had entered the sleepmode.
Was there a power-failure on the 230~net (mains voltage) or …..?
To be sure check the wiring of the charge-point.
Please note that the error-log makes and sees no difference in failure or mistake in controlling
by the user.
It only is a tool to help you find the reason, why the chairlift did not work.
9.4 8888x error. (mechanic-needed-beep).
If there is a problem, which really needs the attention of a mechanic, the lift will generate a fast beep.
In most cases it will be hear-able 10 seconds after releasing the control left/right.
The display will show in this case an 8888x error.
See drawing 87900 error eng for the explanation of these errors.
When the lift has given an 8888x error, and the problem is solved, you can reset the lift by controlling
the lift left or right for 10 seconds.
