11. Trouble shooting - Symptoms:
By switching on the oven, the displays on
K 48 do not light up, but the three pilot lamps
are burning.
By switching on the oven, the displays on
K 48 do not light up, and the central pilot lamp
neither.
By switching on the oven, one or both lateral
pilot lamps do not light up.
The oven is heating very slowly (less that
4°/min.), but the output indicator on K 48 stays
permanently on ON.
The oven is heating very slowly (les that
4°/min.); the output indicator on K 48
switches constantly from ON to OFF and
back.
The oven trespassing the preset value.
The oven’s temperature continues to rise and
switches off, the alarm is ringing.
The controller is probably burned off (over
tension in the mains due to the storm, or
similar). Ask for replacement.
The control phase is absent. Check the 2 A
fuse in the drawer and on the main panel.
Check the three 10A fuses and the main
panel .
The electric circuit of one of the two heaters is
interrupted: disconnect the oven, take off the
back panel check with an ohm-meter the
resistance of the three heaters. Ask for
replacement if faulty.
Internal parameters of the controller have
been unsettled by any external cause. The
controller can generally be recovered; ask for
replacement or for detailed Instructions.
The industrial relay (contactor) is faulty. It has
to be replaced.
The thermal fuse has disconnected. The
corresponding circuit breaker must be
reactivated by hand. The access to it is
possible by removing the small plate under
the left back corner of the oven.
