Maintenance Daily Schedule
Be sure to comply with the SAFETY MANAGEMENT stated on the P3- 5 of USER
MANUAL in advance.
ALL PERSONS IN THE SPRAY AREA MUST BE GROUNDED AT ALL TIMES !!
This may be accomplished safely by the use of conductive soled shoes, disposable
conductive boots.
Avoid the nozzle being struck. A clogged or damaged air spray nozzle usually results
in faulty spray patterns.
Daily Schedule
1. Safe grounding is a matter of proper equipment maintenance. Inspect all ground wires daily.
2. Verify that Solvent Safety container is grounding.
3. Before operation, please check the electrostatic output. Ref.: 30 KV – 60 KV
4. Check and clean or replace paint filter as needed.
5. After per coating work.
TURN ELECTROSTATIC POWER OFF
and then flush the nozzle with
suitable solvent, such as xylene or toluene.
6. Wipe the gun and cable exterior with a solvent dampened rag
.
7. Inspect all conveyor apparatus, hooks, hangers, etc. If there is any accumulation of dried
coating Material on any of these objects, remove it before using them.
