TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
1. POOR PARTICLE OF SPRAY
Cause
Solution
1. The pressure of atomized air is too low.
1. Increase the pressure of atomized air.
2. The sprayed quantity of paint is too much.
2. Reduce the sprayed quantity of paint.
Increase the atomization pressure.
3. The viscosity of paint is too dense.
3. Reduce the viscosity of paint.
4. The nozzle is damaged.
4. Replacement of new one.
2. SERIOUS BACKFLOW OF PAINT
Cause
Solution
1. The spraying distance is too long.
1. Confirm that the spray distance is kept at
between 15 ~ 20cm.
2. The pressure of atomized air is too high.
2. Reduce the pressure of atomized air.
3. The resistance value of paint is too low.
3. Adjust the resistance value of paint to 20 ~
30M
Ω.
4. The sprayed object is poorly grounded.

Confirm that the sprayed object is properly
grounded.
5.The exhaustion of the rinsing cabinet is
poor.
5. Improve the exhaustion of the rinsing cabinet.
3. POOR ELECTROSTATIC ENCLOSING EFFECT
Cause
Solution
1.The electrostatic power supply is poorly
grounded.

Confirm that the electrostatic power supply is
properly grounded.
2. The sprayed object is poorly grounded.
2. Remove the paint that gets hardened on the
lifting tool so that it may be grounded fully.
3. The pressure of atomized air is too high.
3. Reduce the pressure of atomized air to a proper
value.
4. The spraying distance is too long.

Confirm the spraying distance is between 15 ~
20 cm.
5. The voltage supplied to the electrostatic
power supply is too low.
5. Adjust the voltage of electrostatic power supply
to proper level.
