9. How to coating and paint wooden products?
Ans:
In fact when they use electrostatic spray painting , the moisture of wood must be maintain
around 12 % ~15 % ,also it can not lower than 8%. The moisture of wood and our equipmen
are major key . This is one of our best advantages.We have many customer are using our
OTS-3000 coating their wooden furniture in worldwide.
10. How to coating and paint plastic products?
Ans:
In the plastic product it is applied a conductive primer, but it is black (dark grey) due to the metallic
loads.Then you can coating your plastic products by OTS-3000
Please ask your plastic material provide information of conductive primer for you .
11.Do we need some special requested paints tank to connect to diaphragm pump, what you
suggest for paint tank for setting up complete system ?
Ans :
you don’t need to have special paints tank , use normal paint tank will be ok , however if the paints
tank is made by metal , please remember to grounding /earth .
