Weekly Schedule
1. Inspect all equipment for damage, leaks, or build-up of paint.
2. When shutting down over two days or longer, either circulate the paint or flush system with
solvent and leave solvent in the lines.
3. Always circulate and agitate metallic paints and any other materials that settle out rapidly.
But avoid excessive agitation which introduced air into the paint stream, giving the appearance
of leaking fluid valves
4. Suspend hoses and cables off the floor ( not from heated lines or cords ) and avoid kinks
5. Remove nozzle only when necessary for cleaning or replacement.
6. To aid in the removal of dried paint during clean-up, apply a light coat of petroleum jelly to the
exterior surface of the gun.
