646G15 woven carbon stockinette,

bag, 623T3=* Perlon stockinette, 636K8 plastaband, 616G6 Dacron felt,
633W8 wax, 17LS3=* joint bar, 617H55 C-Orthocryl lamination resin,
743R6 adjustment set for orthotic joints.

1) Place cut pads or shim layers on plaster model.
2) Pull a layer of perlon stockinette over the plaster model.
3) Align the bar parts on the plaster model.

When using a lamination dummy:
Fix the joint bars to the alignment
adapter (743Y56=4) using the lamination dummy and the shoulder
screw.

When not using a lamination dummy:
Fix the joint bars to the align
ment adapter (743Y56=4) using the base body (no illustration).
6) Pull a PVA bag over the plaster model to isolate it.
7) Pull a layer of perlon stockinette over the plaster model.
8) Fix the finished reinforced bar parts to the plaster model. Carry out the
reinforcement in accordance with patient's needs.
9) Seal the lamination dummy or base body of the joint with Plastaband and
fill hollows with Dacron felt.
10) Pull another layer of perlon stockinette over the plaster model.
11) Affix further reinforcement layers for the support surfaces as described in
Section 8.
12) Complete reinforcement with a layer of Perlon stockinette and designer
fabric.
13) Pull on a PVA bag and vacuum.
14) Then laminate with C-Orthocryl lamination resin.

tem knee joint.
2) Insert the knee joint lower part (13) with the bushings (10)
