All attendants must be informed that there are
pinch points caused by the construction in the
area between the seat frame and wheelchair
frame. Users and attendants must not reach
into the danger zone if the electric seat tilt and
/ or lift seat functions are installed.

Risk of falling. Do not lean the upper body be-
yond the edge of the seat when the lift seat is
raised.

Risk of accidents due to a restricted field of vi-
sion. Since the user’s field of vision is restrict-
ed when the seat is raised, extra caution is
required when operating the wheelchair with
the lift seat in the raised position and when
activating the lift seat function.

Risk of tipping in case of additional use of the
seat tilt function. The seat tilt function must
be set to the horizontal position when driving
up inclines or over curbs. Since tipping resist-
ance is reduced in such situations, additional
caution is required!
ATTEnTIOn !
Risk of damage due to improper maintenance.
The lift seat must be checked for visible dam-
age and the tightness of all screw connections
must be verified at least once a month. Also
maintain correct air pressure.
ATTEnTIOn !
Risk of damage during transportation. Always
lower the lift seat fully for loading or transpor-
tation.
ATTEnTIOn !
Risk of damage due to overloading. The maxi-
mum load capacity of the lift seat is 130 kg.

A sufficient supply of power must be main-
tained in order to guarantee proper operation
of the lift seat.
