nOTE !
Should you encounter problems while trouble-
shooting or if you do not manage to completely
eliminate a problem by following the measures
described here, please contact your specialist
dealer.
Problems are indicated on the display of the control
panel. Table 7 describes the individual indications with
the corresponding sources of the problem as well as the
possible causes and measures to be taken.
If you do not manage to completely eliminate the prob-
lems with the described measures, your specialist dealer
may be able to read the exact error code with the hand
programming device and undertake a more systematic
analysis of the system.
All problems that have ever occurred are saved in a list
and can be retrieved, for example, in case of a general
overhaul of the power wheelchair. The saved data can
be used for determining future service and maintenance
intervals, for example.
9.1 Warning
A warning indicates a status or malfunction of one or sev-
eral individual components of the power wheelchair. The
function of components without errors is not restricted.
If, for example, the connection between the controller and
seat motor malfunctions, this error will only be indicated
if the motor is used. The driving function is still available,
however.
9.2 Error
ATTEnTIOn !
Risk of injury if the power wheelchair stops
abruptly!
In the event of communication problems in the
bus system of the controls, the system triggers
an emergency stop to prevent any uncontrolled
functions. After switching the wheelchair con-
trols on again, depending on the problem, the
wheelchair can be driven out of a danger zone,
e.g. a crosswalk. If the driving function is still
not available after switching on the controls
again, the brakes must be released (see sec-
tion 7.4) to switch over to the pushing mode.
After the power wheelchair has triggered an
emergency stop, contact a specialist dealer
as soon as possible!
